Julie Daniel

After 10 years of collaboration within large business firms in Lyon, Julie DANIEL founded her own lawfirm in 2020. Her experience with companies has enabled her to acquire solid knowledge of the daily legal issues encountered by companies, both in France and internationally. She has thus developed specific expertise in dispute resolution in business law, in particular in the areas of commercial and contract laws.

Julie Daniel advises, assists and thus represents her clientele of French and foreign companies, in all areas of business life, in particular in economic law (civil and commercial contract law, banking law), construction and also in order to prevent and manage insolvency procedures.

Julie Daniel has a PhD in Criminal Law. She also works in the field of criminal business law to assist and advise managers faced with these situations.

Career

Julie Daniel began her career as a teaching and research assistant at the Law Faculty of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University where she obtained a PhD in private law and criminal sciences in 2006.
